Office Essentials Pack is a curated collection of clean and minimalist 3D models designed to build cozy and modern office environments. It provides a complete selection of workplace essentials — from desks and computers to seating, plants, and decor — ideal for architectural visualization, stylized games, or VR projects.

The assets can easily be convert the project to URP or HDRP by following the official Unity guides, or simply download the dedicated integration packages provided on this page. Each asset uses simple gradient materials for quick color changes and cohesive visuals, and a sample scene is included to showcase every model in context for easy setup and preview.

Setup

After importing the package, simply drag and drop the meshes or prefabs you want to use directly into your scene. The assets are fully scaled, centered, and ready to be used out of the box — no additional setup required.

A scene called Office Essentials Pack is included to showcase every model, so you can quickly preview all available props and start assembling your own office environments. All materials use lightweight, stylized gradient textures that can be easily tweaked to adjust tone or color in seconds.

Models

The Office Essentials Pack includes a wide selection of polished 3D models covering all the key elements of a functional and stylish workplace, with optimized topology for smooth performance.

• Desk Items: printer, monitor + keyboard + mouse, PC case, coffee mug, stapler, desk light, document holder

• Tables: conference desk with outlets, coffee table, modern desk, desk + drawers module

• Drawers: modern large drawer, small drawers (x2), wide drawer

• Kitchenette: kitchen module with sink and outlets, microwave, coffee pot

• Office Utilities: vending machine, printer, wall clock, trash can, water dispenser, projector

• Plants: desk plant, small interior plants (x3)

• Office Walls: window, window blinder, door, office separator

• Seating: sofas (x3), office chair, lounge chair, beanbag, yoga ball

• Lights: ceiling neon lights (x2), smoke detector, ceiling fan

• Shelves: three modular shelf variations

• Books: assorted book sets (x8)

Each model averages around 2K triangles, with simple and efficient geometry suitable for both high and low-end platforms. The pack uses 18 lightweight gradient textures (1024×1024) for consistent, clean visuals.

HDRP & URP

You can upgrade your project to URP or HDRP by following Unity’s official guides or start directly with those pipelines. If you want to use the Office Essential materials, you can either upgrade them manually using Unity Material Converter or download the pre-upgraded versions provided below.

• HDRP Integration Package: upgrades all materials to High Definition Render Pipeline version.

• URP Integration Package: converts all materials to the Universal Render Pipeline version.

Both packages are plug-and-play and can be reimported at any time if you switch pipelines.
